Meet the New Gear: Patch Hats, UV Decals, and More

There is a winged reaper on one hat and a raven on another. There is also a reaper riding a pink carousel horse, because apparently even Death gets a day off.

The new additions to The Watch bring several sides of the brand into a smaller format: patch hats, decals, individual leatherette patches, and a keychain. Some keep the logo front and center. Others make room for Colorado scenery, riding, or a little dark humor.

Here is a guide to the range, including the difference between a complete hat, a separate patch, and a decal that happens to look like embroidery.

Patch hats: three different looks

The current hat collection has three styles, each priced at $30:

  • Ride Vigilant — Blue / White: A Richardson 112 trucker hat with a laser-engraved leatherette patch. A winged reaper, scythes, and a 43 spade give the design its bold look.
  • Stay Ready — Brown / Tan: A Richardson 112 trucker hat with a laser-engraved logo patch. The black-and-gold shield includes a raven, stars, and a 43 spade.
  • One Post Still Manned — Black: A black hat with The Watch wordmark and “One Post Still Manned” on a light-colored leatherette patch.

These listings are for complete hats with the pictured patches. Start with the color you would reach for most often, then choose the artwork that feels like you.

UV decals: a design for several moods

The decal collection is priced at $5 per decal. The signature logo keeps things simple, while the flag, FAFO spade, and illustrated designs offer different ways to carry The Watch message.

For a small square design, the Still on Watch illustrated UV decals measure approximately 3 × 3 inches. Options include a watchtower, an outline spade, and a wolf-and-moon design. You select one design per decal; the group photograph shows the choices.

The Still on Watch pillar decal is 5 × 5 inches, and the flag decal is 4 × 3 inches. Check the individual listing when choosing your size, especially for the signature logo, which has several size and color combinations.

One detail worth checking before you order: The Watch Name Tag UV Decal has a printed embroidery effect. The stitched-looking border is part of the artwork; the product is a decal.

Individual leatherette hat patches

The UV-printed leatherette hat patches are $15 each. The range includes Colorado Mountains, Topographic Compass, Mountain Spade, Hiker & Dog, American Flag Spade, and Blacktop designs.

A message to carry on your keys

The 22 Too Many keychain carries its message in a UV-printed design with a built-in bottle opener. It is approximately 2 inches long by 1 inch wide and is priced at $10.

Choose the format as well as the artwork

A patch hat arrives as a complete hat. An individual patch is its own product. A decal gives you the artwork in a different format again. Checking those details is especially useful when a design appears in more than one part of the store.
