Built around your group and your event
Our founder, Kevin, serves as a swag committee lead, co-leads poker runs, and volunteers his time at other events. That work spans shirts, coins, and everything in between. We understand that event merchandise has to work for the people organizing it as well as the people taking it home.
- Apparel: shirts and hats for participants, volunteers, crews, and group orders.
- Patches: discuss the artwork, size, material, and finish you want.
- Coins and smaller items: explore coins, decals, and keychains for your project.
- Bulk Watch gear: ask about quantities of existing designs for your group.
What to include in your request
- Your name, group or business name, and best contact information.
- The items you want and an estimated quantity of each.
- Your event date and the date you need the order in hand.
- Your delivery ZIP code and approximate budget.
- Your design idea, wording, colors, and any artwork you already have.
- For apparel, the sizes you need or an estimated size breakdown.
You do not need every detail settled to start a conversation. Send what you know, and tell us where you need help. If you have artwork files, email them with your request.
How ordering works
We review your request and discuss the available options, pricing, artwork, and timing before an order is finalized. Minimum quantities and lead times depend on the product and project. A custom inquiry is a request for a quote, not an order or a commitment to buy.
Custom production timelines are quoted separately from the shipping estimates for standard store items. Please share your deadline early so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
